Giving makes a difference! We appreciate gifts of any amount because every dollar enables us to continue our lifesaving and life-improving efforts! Your donation allows us to continue help animals in need. By donating to Rifle Animal Shelter you will give hundreds of innocent animals the second chance they deserve.

We use Weblink to accept donations for the Rifle Animal Shelter. It looks different than our website, but don't worry, it is legitimately our online donations portal! Help us help all of the deserving animals that we encounter on a daily basis. We truly couldn't do it without you. Donate today!

Humane Hero - Join Our Monthly Giving Program

Make a continuous gift to animals in need by becoming a Humane Hero. Provide a monthly gift of $10, $25, $50 or another amount and be a hero to all furry friends in need . They need you!

Click this link to pledge your monthly support! Remember to select the “monthly” tick box to schedule a recurring transaction.

How It Works

As a monthly donor, you will be registering to make a credit card/debit or checking account donation every month. After you make your initial donation, future donations will be automatically charged to your credit card or checking account. For example, if you choose to make a monthly donation of $50 on May 5th, your next donation of $50 will be automatically charged to your account on June 5th, July 5th, and each subsequent month thereafter until you request these donations be stopped.

Rifle Animal Shelter will provide you with an acknowledgement letter at the end of every year. However, if you would like an acknowlegement letter mailed to you each month, we are happy to. Please contact Heather at (970) 625-8808 or If at any point you wish to discontinue your monthly contribution, simply give us a call.

The Diego Fund

The Diego Fund was created so a homeless pet will never be denied life saving or life improving medical care. It’s named after a very special cat that was successfully treated for a rare heart condition named Diego. Diego is living happily ever after because people cared and found a way to get him the specialized and expensive medical care he needed. Other conditions we have successfully treated shelter pets for include: injuries from car accidents, infections, tumors, lumps, poison, heartworm, broken bones, skin diseases, allergies, immune system deficiencies, special diets, poor vision and dental problems.

We believe every life matters and our goal is to save and improve as many lives as possible. Many shelter pets are just a vet visit away from receiving the medical care that will give them an excellent quality of life in their new homes. Please donate and help us help them. Donations make this fund possible.
